Ilse worked in marketing and sales for educational publishing companies for more than 25 years before launching her own consulting business in 2004. Much of her consulting work has focused on digital content and delivery in K-12 and post-secondary education. With her extensive market knowledge, she has established a reputation for innovative strategies and high standards of excellence, and is considered a thought-leader by educational technology and publishing companies.
Prior to NEW Publishing Solutions, Ilse served as the associate director of marketing at John Wiley & Sons and held managerial positions in sales and marketing at both Pearson and Harcourt. She was elected to her local board of education, and she is a board member of HOW Global, a non-profit organization focusing on clean water projects in Africa and Haiti.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
